Many citizens submit their returns via email, and they saw great potential to make that journey more streamlined and secure with AMPLIFY Content Services. As well as empowering citizens to upload their tax information rapidly via their website, they plan to use AMPLIFY Content Services APIs to create a full audit trail of every transaction for their regulators. AMPLIFY Content Services already has Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program [FedRAMP] Ready status, which meant it was easy for them to secure the buy-in they needed to move forward.
